Once located, our team works with sellers to negotiate a price for each item. We will work to reduce impact and get the best value for our client, and work within the constraints of each client’s approved budget for each item. Once the limit is reached, we will work with sellers to produce a counteroffer and present it to our client. Each offer is logged and recorded until the transaction is completed, or one side declines the offer. If one item negotiation is not successful, we will work within the confines of the client contract to find an alternative item.

Often it is not feasible for the client to inspect the article in person, so our team offers a log of photos, videos, secondary verification, and even in-person validation of seller’s claims at the client’s request. This can be completed using photo, video, or video conferencing applications to meet the client’s requirements to validate the item is as advertised. If travel is required, costs will be outlined to each client on a contract-specific basis.
